What types of payment do you accept? Are online payments
secure? Can I pay without a credit card?
We accept payments by credit card and prepaid cards (e.g. Visa,
Mastercard, PostePay, American Express etc.), bank transfer, PayPal
and cash on delivery (Italy only).
All payments are 100% secure.
We will never have access to your credit card data. The information is
only transmitted in encrypted form over the network, which makes it
impossible to intercept the data. There is no risk of hacking on our site.
If you don't have or don't want to use a credit card, simply make a bank
transfer, pay via PayPal or select cash on delivery (€15 in Italy only).
Do you offer a "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee?
Yes, we do. If the stamp has defects or does not correspond to the
description, you can return the lot(s) within 15 days of sending the order
- with shipping costs paid by you - and get a full refund of the amount
spent.
Is shipping safe? How long before they arrive?
Since February, we have improved our shipping system, speeding it up.
We mainly rely on Sda express for deliveries in Italy and UPS for
deliveries abroad.
Once we have received your payment, your order will be
dispatched within 2-3 working days.
For each order you will automatically receive a tracking code by email to
follow the progress of the shipment.
Once the package has been dispatched and the tracking code received,
delivery times vary from 24 to 96 hours.

Extra EU Express 50.00€.
All shipments are insured at our expense.
How can I request more information, photos of the entire
collection or additional scans of the lots (e.g. back,
certificate...)?
Please use the contact form above or send an e-mail to
info@filateliafischer.it. In your message or email, simply specify the
number of the lot you are interested in and our staff will respond as soon
as possible to your request for additional information.

How do I register on the site? Are my login credentials from
the old site still valid? What do I do if I don't remember my
password?
To register on our site and proceed with your purchase, once you have
placed the lots in your shopping cart and clicked on "Confirm Order", you
will be taken to a page where you can enter your shipping details, your
e-mail address and your password.
Another way to register on our website is to click on "Reserved Area"
and then on the "Register" page. Once you have entered and confirmed
the required data, you can proceed with navigation. At this stage you will
not be asked for your shipping details, which may be specified during the
purchase process.
In both cases you will receive an email with a summary of your data.
If you do not remember your password, the procedure is very simple:
you can select the "Forgotten password" field during login. You will
then receive a temporary password by e-mail. It can be changed at any
time by accessing the reserved area.
Are the login credentials for the old site still valid?
Yes, they are. If you don't remember your password, the procedure is
very simple: when you log in, you can select the "Forgotten password"
field. You will then be sent a temporary password by e-mail, which you
can change at any time by logging into the private area.
If you do not remember your e-mail address, you can contact us by
phone or e-mail and we will provide it to you. Alternatively, you can
register again.
How can I receive your printed catalogues and price lists
directly at home?
We send paper catalogues and price lists to all collectors who request
them.
If you have never received them, you can request them free of charge
by filling in the form above or by sending an e-mail to
info@filateliafischer.it with your details and delivery address.

How do your auctions work?
Our auctions are limited-time promotional sales sessions. They are
organised through our online auction platform:

The auctions have a pre-bidding phase, where we receive bids via the
above platform (registration required, credentials to access our
e-commerce site are NOT valid), via mail order bids (e-mail),
Philasearch or StampAuctionNetwork.
The base price is a promotion, valid until the end of the auction. From
the following day, lots will be offered at the net price, i.e. the price
that appears on the site.
Auctions are held live usually over the course of 1 or 2 days,
depending on the number of lots in the auction catalogue.
A 23% commission is added to the basic price you will see on
https://filateliafischer.bidinside.com/.
Net prices (the usual prices in all our catalogues and on our website)
are commission-free.

Can I order philatelic material? How, when and at what cost?
It is possible to order philatelic material.
Just fill in the form above with the requested material, send an e-mail to
info@filateliafischer.it or call +39 064743574 from Monday to Friday from
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Before proceeding with the order, we ask for a 50% deposit on the
requested material. Once the material is available in the shop (the
timeframe is approximately 2-3 weeks) we will contact you to arrange
collection from our premises or to update you on the shipment.
How can I send you my mancolists?
To place an order we advise you to visit the "Price List" page and place
your order directly from the website.
Alternatively, you can send mancolists via the contact form above or by
sending an e-mail to info@filateliafischer.it.
To do so, please include the catalogue number and the condition of the
stamps you require.
Is it possible to sell stamps on consignment?
Yes, after evaluation and only if the stamps are valuable.
I would like to sell my stamps, how can I do so? Do you carry
out valuations for a fee?
We do not value accumulations and we are only interested in album
collections. We value the purchase of well-preserved collections of
new or used stamps, including the most important values, possibly
with certificates.
We recommend that you send us some pictures of your collection by
e-mail info@filateliafischer.it or by Whatsapp at +393516119660 so that
we can check if there are any stamps of interest to us. If so, we will be
able to arrange an appointment with Mr Fischer to discuss a possible
purchase.
